The people who want to buy him buy a few million copies of Obama's "book," as a school donation, deducts the cost as a charitable donation and stashes them in a cargo container, for shipment overseas, to be pulped. Would love to know how much the briber actually ends up paying per book in these arrangements. Can’t imagine the briber pays the list price. I can only guess it would be something like actual cost to the publisher plus the agreed upon bribe amount.
So, if a book lists for $29.95, I wonder what a briber actually ends up paying per book? Would be interesting to know….

Patterson told Fox News on Sunday that not making the New York Times list upon release hurts an author’s chance at better sales and publicity.
He’s 76 and well known. If he needs the New York Times to tell people to read his books, well that’s pretty awful.
