He has already had enough of Michael Cohen and his response, if he carries through, may affect Bragg's case.

Yet it was not known that Congress was using taxpayers funds to settle sexual harassment, discrimination claims against congress members and they also made the claimers to sign NDA’S .

In news reports back in 2018, $300,000 in taxpayer funds has was spent to settle 13 claims against members of Congress or their offices since 2003. Unknown rule was that they made claimers sign NDA’S in order to move forward with mediation, settlements. Very hush hush until it wasn’t.

Of course, no one is allowed to know who the 13 were, except for one, which was a Republican which a $84,000 payment, stemmed from a 2014 lawsuit brought against Rep. Blake Farenthold by a woman who was his former communications director.

Lets get real.
No judge will send a democrat to jail.
A slap on the wrist is enough and then a high dollar job and a high dollar book deal

Bragg should have three bar issues now:
1 To stay out of bars
2 Face disbarment and be disbarred
3 Be behind bars, steel ones

Oh, and listen to former AG Barr tell why his case against Trump is legal bullshit and why he should be fired!

Under New York law, it is a felony to leak confidential grand jury information

No victim, no crime.

When he spoke up against the Trump impeachment his leftist “friends” ostracized his family.

Our government and justice system has been THOROUGHLY corrupted.”

Ironically, by lawyers in Congress.

Al Pacino made an excellent movie back in the 70s that expresses my opinion of the judicial system in this country perfectly. It was called “...and justice for all...” Excellent movie and so true also. The real crazies don’t go to Starbucks and fast food joints to work, the legal system in this country is where all the crazies go to work. IMHO.

Quick question: Is there any truth to the rumor that Alvin (the chipmunk) got his law degree out of a Cracker Jack box

People making arguments like this are completely missing the point. This is tribalism. Trump is not their tribe, so they are attacking him.

Bragg and his tribe will never care how many laws they are breaking nor will any fine legal arguments carry any weight with anyone in their tribe.

The only way this has a happy ending is if it gets before a court outside their tribe that also has the balls to stand up to the democrat tribe.
