“The pendulum always swings back”

I pray that u r right. I fear that they will destroy the Constitution to the point that there is no going back.

That’s just it, we have Biden, a plagiarist of Olympic levels, a corrupt ham handed Tammany Hall politician, who shakes down foreign nations to enrich his family. A sex offender as well. That Burisma protection racket was obscene, all meant to protect its oligarch Zlochevsky. And the lackey media plays dumb like nothing is going on? It is embarrassing.

Money from China, selling his office with his son all over the world, lying on gun permits, throwing a handgun in a trashcan outside a school...Hunter is Junior Caligula and should be jailed.

Joe’s brother Fred arrested in Florida for shoplifting videos...at the age of 43. It runs in the family.

Not a word from the media.

The left has the uncanny ability to keep its followers in the dark. This is how they do it. Lying by Omission.

Trump said, I believe, that an indictment would unleash death and destruction, and people got their pantes in a was over that.

But he is right. Might not happen immediately, but you can’t destroy the legal system of a nation, make a mockery of it, and expect things to continue as normal. People will start taking matters into their own hands, the evil and the good. Yes, this indictment will eventuate into death and destruction.

Apparently some conservatives don’t know the difference between an NYT Editorial and a Guest Opinion column, of which this is the latter.

What’s to stop a conservative DA from indicting any number of Democrats for egregious civil rights violations in connection with January 6th or gun rights?

One holiday season I worked at a resort in Jackson Hole. Something happened, I saw it, and refused to sign an NDA.

And nothing happened.

About the author, Ankush Khardori:

I’m a lawyer based in Washington, D.C., a contributing editor for New York magazine, and a contributing writer for Politico magazine. I’ve also written for a bunch of other places — including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The New York Review of Books, The New Republic, The Atlantic, TIME, USA Today, WIRED, Slate, The American Prospect, and the Columbia Journalism Review. I’ve done legal commentary for various TV, print, and radio outlets, as well as other types of speaking engagements.

I was previously a federal prosecutor who specialized in financial fraud and white-collar crime until early 2020. Before that, I worked at a law firm in New York City doing standard law firm things in both commercial litigation and white-collar corporate defense. I clerked for a judge in the Southern District of New York, and I graduated from Columbia University with a law degree and a B.A.

He doesn't sound like a conservative, but he's right, the door has been fling wide open. If we regain power, we can start indicting them all because if their precedence.

Well, who voted them into office? Until the so-called conservatives wake up and take control of the precinct slots across this nation, not just in some areas, and control who is in the primaries and thus who is in the general election, how will anything change? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

...had he hired an AG who enforced the law...

I think Trump, like the rest of us, waaaaay underestimated how many weaselly GOP/RINOs were positioning to stab him in the back. That wasn't clear until the 2020 steal and aftermath.

Getting attacked in your own foxhole has to be dealt with first. Maybe Trump thought he could win over the doubters, naively not recognizing it wasn't doubt but treachery.

Don’t get mad, get even. When we finally regain control, go after the real crimes by the Clinton and Biden crime families. Then their top-tier underlings. Then their staffers, then…

It wasn’t about money for me. I have discretion and was offended when I was asked to sign something when there was no need.

The whole thing about NDA is really a commentary on the lack of character in people these days.

Very well said!
Change begins at county and state level. Way too many GOP “Old Bulls\Cows” are in the state legislatures. You want the state legislatures to do their jobs like enforce honest elections get people in there who will do it! The failure of the state legislatures to do their jobs is what defeated Trump in 2024. You can rant about stolen elections all you want but the truth is if the state legislature our fine with corrupt elections, then so is the USSC.

the Country is changed forever..thing is, the “new Left” couldn’t care less,.. they hate this Nation and its founding and will do anything to tear it down and start over, to “right” all the past “wrongs”. All these “reform” Prosecutors are communist agitators...and who was the “supreme” agitator??..barack obama. What did these people think “HOPE AND CHANGE” meant? Theres no way this pig Bragg does something this historical and dangerous without the ok from party higher ups. This had obama written all over it...
