If the judge has a grudge against Trump, that is grounds for a mistrial based on conflict of interest.

You're right, that would be true in many parts of the country, but NOT in New York, DC, or most of California. The 'law' is what the goons and thugs say it is - - and the corrupt FBI will back 'em up. We're close to being a police state. The 'law' will become more 'show trial' stuff...than real.
