The solution is that we need to bring back state-run mental hospitals for those who are mentally incompetent and are threats to society (and that includes transexuals who are determine to be threats to themselves and others).
On top of that, the military, the government, and schools should not recruit/hire people who cannot pass mental incompetency tests.

If you operated a gun store, and a man walks in dressed as a woman or a cat, or whatever... Would you sell them a gun? I wouldn’t. Probably someone would try to force me to bake the cake. I’d like to see them try to litigate something like that.
