Executive privilege would be claimed and constitutionally a spouse can’t be forced to testify against the other spouse - spousal testimonial privilege. They’d probably expand executive privilege to Hunter, James and the rest of the Biden Mafioso. Force you to go to court to lift it, by then if the courts rule in your favor the term will be over.
