I have, yet another, dumb question: Are there legal steps PDJT can take to challenge the indictment well before trial (or for all that matter arraignment).

Maybe a habeus corpus motion of some sort, or a restraining order?

They will file a motion to vacate the indictment on so many valid grounds. They should appeal this all the way to the top if the motion isn’t granted.

This is all so wrong, and so ugly of our out of control statist govt.
