Then subpoena NY State for extradition.
Make up charges (a misdemeanor into a felony?) like he did.

I like it! I don’t know all the legality of it, but in principle it’s a great idea.
Today, those AGs are weighing which way the wind blows. If they get the idea Trump will be in trouble, they will lean anti Trump
If they see the current going DJT way and all in gov would be removed, they lean pro Trump.
