I saw Rubio, Christie and Cruz at the GA state convention in 2015. Christie was the best speaker by far, and tailored his message for a GA audience. Rubio gave tge standard stump speech. Cruz had his moments, but nothing special. John Ellis Bush’ people manned a table, and appeared to be there for the paycheck.
I have been to many Pa Leadership conferences, and the best speaker is ALWAYS Rick Santorum whenever he appears. Several patrons with arms folded and noses turned upward when he approaches the stage are standing and applauding when he leaves.
