I hope the quick response and police body cam footage of the LEOs dispatching this person serves as a deterrent to any other wacko's considering something similar.

Good point, I think armed resource officers advertised on the school's web page would help as well.

A damn shame an sign of the times but yes unfortunately schools need to be hardened against this sort of thing.

Also, I’m hearing this person opted for this school over another location that was more secure.
