Without Baikonur, Russian’s space program is basically dead in the water.
Really just a question of Russia being behind on the rent. I am sure they will work something out.
Or Russia will just invade and Lindsey Graham will declare the Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan to be of vital American interest.
Since the sanctions aren’t having any effect, I’m sure they will pay Kazakhstan right after they pay all the soldiers they haven’t been paying.

That may be, but the seizures basically hit Russia at its weakest point - effectively shutting them down, unless they find the money in their cash-strapped and war-torn economy to spend on things space.
