Not suggesting it is the end of the world. What I am suggesting is Israel and the Second Amendment are the only things that are keeping liberty alive, and as we are seeing, it is getting worse by the day.
Given that there is no true liberty without Jesus, I would argue that the 2nd Amendment and the secular state of Israel (not to be confused with the Kingdom of Israel or the people of Israel) aren't necessary when it comes to the concept of "keeping liberty alive." Liberty existed before America and Israel, and it'll exist afterwards for those who know true freedom through Him.
(Unless you have some other concept of liberty in mind.)
