I never said anything about ending his political career, just about his capacity to hand ammunition to his enemies. He won’t lose a single supporter over this but he won’t ever gain any either, and as Hamlet said, “ there’s the rub.”
He’ll do his part just fine - winning the votes. The question is - can we do our part stopping the Democrats from stealing it again? There’s the rub.
