I am thinking the USA Department of Justice threatened to extradite him to Brazil, or the State Department threatened to revoke his passport.
As much as he lies, if he says he is guilty he must be innocent.
Oh, well. With all of his lies, he fits right in in Congress.

I don’t think rigging will be necessary. I can’t imagine a single voter giving him a vote. He’s quite the embarrassment. You at least have to admit that.

I wasn’t suggesting that he’d be a candidate...I can’t imagine that happening.
If he resigns, most of Congress should too, he isn’t any more slimy than the rest of them.
I just hope the district has a great candidate to replace him. We still need numbers and if we can hold the seat without him, that’d be so great.
If we had 30 seats, I think everyone would tell him to go. But with four seats, he’ll survive until primaried and shown the door.
Matt Gaetz also should for his extremely poor attire. But Santos, definitely start there.
If Santos had been a 21 year old Black male in New York City, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would have dismissed the charges after restitution was paid.
Uh, that’s essentially what is happening with Santos.
Santos’ deal, filed in January, was for a non-prosecutorial agreement in lieu of a trial. Essentially, he pays restitution and the case is not prosecuted.
FEtterman isn’t even there-—and many doubt that he is even still ALIVE.
We need proof of life on number of people in congress.
