Sooooo....how can DeSantis be "stagnant" when the 2024 election is 18 months away and he hasn't even announced his candidacy yet?

You DeSantis folks are as bad, if not worse, than the EV crowd. And in many cases are one in the same.

He hasn’t announced. No he hasn’t. Taking trips to all the right places. Lining up money for a campaign. Has all the backers. Starting to give interviews about what should be done.
