I always thought a lot of elevators in New Yawk didn’t go all the way to the top. Most of them really.
When I worked at Rock Ctr — in advertising — in the 70s, as a top exec in JWT, I had 2 extra keys for the Top Floors, but only used them a couple of time. It was *bizarre* up there... I could tell you stories of debauchery, sex etc etc etc...
