We don’t vote for the bureaucracy.
And we also don’t get to vote for POTUS now.
Fraud denial won’t get us anywhere.

No we don’t and I said nothing about denying fraud. Fraud has been rampant on many levels starting with the media and ending with illegal voting.
My point: only voters pressuring politicians will make changes to the bureaucracy. They will not and have not done anything to address bureaucracy. Voters have the power if they use it, plain and simple.
