To a near certainty, forensic evidence of what state actor did it existed at the Crime Scene AND HAS BEEN COLLECTED AND ANALYZED by Sweden, Denmark and the Joint German/Russian private owners of the Nord Stream pipeline network — and DEFINITIVE CONCLUSIONS drawn.

Also, only three of the four pipelines had their planted explosives detonated. The fabricated explosive device at the fourth pipeline (one of the Nord Stream 1 lines) location FAILED TO DETONATE. That fabricated device is certainly in the process of being forensically examined in detail.
