This judge has not only graduated from law school, but also spent a few years on the bench (a very few), all without knowing the definition of a Brady motion. Most law students learn about Brady v Maryland in the first year of law school. Now he is being nominated for a higher court? This is why all our institutions are failing. Knowledge, experience, intelligence, and competence, are no longer considered in hiring or judicial appointment decisions.
You have to watch the video to see the total lack of knowledge exhibited in his facial expressions. When he heard the word "Brady" he made the best guess possible and assumed it was in regards to the 2nd Amendment.

He needs to return to Gotham City and confer with the Green Hornet to get his facts straight...

I wish this John Kennedy was on our Supreme Court. At least he knows the general structure of American Law.
Plus he is articulate but concise.

I’m surprised he didn’t think a Brady motion had to do with Marcia Marcia Marcia!

His melanin level is qualification enough. Please stop with the racism here.

Sen. Kennedy is more qualified for SCOTUS than any of the lib idiots (including Roberts) now occupying four of its seats.

In a just society, this would stop the nomination proceedings in their tracks and automatically trigger a review of every case this “judge” presided over.

A magistrate has many of the functions and authority of a regular judge. If he doesn’t know about Brady, he is clearly not qualified for a promotion, nor to sit on the bench in the position he now holds.

Wait til these ‘diversity candidates’ start flying jets ... And I’m not talking about minority candidates who EARNED their right the fly - there are many of them. I’m talking about the ones advanced without merit.
