Not to worry Wayne, the Democrats and their Uniparty friends are not going to allow President Trump nor DeSantis near the White House.
I am pretty damn sure the 47th president is already been chosen and probably is already preparing his/her inauguration speech.

Uniting Trump and DeSantis means DeSantis stands-down. The would be usurper should go about his business and await his turn. I would never vote for the opportunist fool if he damaged President Trump's... What am I saying? The opportunist fool, DeSantis, has already damaged President Trumps future and legacy.

Trump is his own worst enemy. He is more bark than bite. He’s great at verbally blasting people but that’s about it. The election WAS stolen, but Trump was too busy enjoying his ego boosting campaign rallies and didn’t even pay attention to direct his intelligence staff to monitor the fraud. Hell, you had mere amateurs doing better monitoring and coming up with evidence than the best intelligence agency in the world under his Executive control. Too many people enthralled with his showmanship and not with his ability to develop a formidable fighting force that will take effective control.

Trump and DeSantis need to come out with a statement saying something to the effect of:
“Now that we have manipulated the media to show how far they will go to divide conservatives, we are going to what we have planned to all along. By concentrating on the two of us, the media has effectively pushed every other possible candidate out of the running. Trump will run for President with DeSantis as his VP in 2024, after which DeSantis will run for President and win the following two elections. There is no other choice for a Free America! We have both played our parts well for the media, but we will join together as we have planned to all along and ‘Make America Great Again, Once Again’”!

“I hate Paul Ryano’s guts.”
The fact he played the designated loser so well in the 2012 election pisses me off to this day. In the debates, he was unprepared (or pretended to be) and deliberately let Biden walk all over him with Biden’s donkey-sized grin and braying.
The “designated loser” player position that the GOPe loves embracing so well was blown up by Trump in 2016. I still sometimes return to the videos of that election evening as the results came in. It was so glorious to watch as Trump showed the GOPe how things SHOULD be done to win the vote of conservatives. All it took was embracing the issues that conservatives have been speaking of for decades, and making promises which you planned on keeping. Instead, the GOPe insisted once again to return to being the minority party because they prefer the cock-tail parties rather than adhering to their promises.
A pox on them all!

But he would also make a great vice president (assuming Trump/DeSantis can work out the legal residence issue of the Electoral College).
There is no national office more useless than that of the vice president. If DeSantis doesn't want to run for the White House, he should remain FL governor - he'll do a lot more good there and gain far more valuable executive experience than he would wasting his time as VP.

The RINOs wanted Hillary Clinton as President in 2016. They had loser Yeb Bush all lined up to take the dive just like Romney and McCain did. The RINOs were so mad at Trump and the MAGA Americans that the RINOs colluded with the Democrats to steal the election of 2020 and 2022 from us.
Any Republican not backing Trump, especially DeSantis, is telling you that they're a Uniparty RINO who despises We The People.
Voting for such RINOs is what got us here.

They will NEVER put Trump in again. It just wont happen.

Good article, I agree. If DeSanctis were to drop to his knees, President Trump ought to give him the change to kiss the ring.
Just like Romney, he may come up short!

If they can shut the counting down, put paper up over the windows and then secretly run the “counting” machines until they get the desired result at 3AM, who votes and how they vote does not matter

it was Paul Ryan’s plan and Trump fell for it ...“
That’s ridiculous Trump did not fall for “Ryan’s plan”. Trump saw DeSantis as a threat to him winning the primary and has been acting according. Ryan the scumbag had nothing to do with it. That said the article is right this little war is the last thing we need.

After attempting to navigate through the politics in order to curry favor with the base republican voters on a Ukraine position, when confronted by Piers Morgan who is a pro-NATO war voice, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis now says his former position on Ukraine has been “mischaracterized” and Vladimir Putin “is a war criminal.”
The walk back highlights once again that Ron DeSantis is an empty vessel using poll testing to formulate his policy stances.
The reversing comments on Vladimir Putin and Ukraine come from the interview DeSantis gave to Piers Morgan as noted in a recent New York Post article:
(Piers Morgan, NY Post) – Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis has branded Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” and demanded he be “held accountable” for his barbaric invasion of Ukraine.
Taking a tougher tone from his statement last week appearing to dismiss the year-long war as a “territorial dispute,” DeSantis now says Russia was WRONG to invade Ukraine and was WRONG to invade and take over Crimea in 2014, and won’t win the war. And he’s made his strongest attack yet on Russia’s dictator, calling him a loser who is “basically a gas station with a bunch of nuclear weapons.”
His assertion, in a statement to Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, that it is not in America’s “vital national interests” to become “further entangled in a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia” was strongly criticized by numerous senior Republicans — including Sen. Lindsey Graham and Sen. Marco Rubio.
When I asked him specifically if he regretted using the phrase “territorial dispute,” DeSantis replied, “Well, I think it’s been mischaracterized. Obviously, Russia invaded (last year) — that was wrong. They invaded Crimea and took that in 2014 — That was wrong.
[…] “There is a move now to hold [Vladimir Putin] accountable for war crimes,” I told DeSantis, “bombing maternity hospitals and genocidal activity in parts of Ukraine wiping out whole cities like Mariupol. Would you support that?”
“I think he is a war criminal,” he replied. “This ICC … we have not done that in the US because we’re concerned about our soldiers or people being brought under it. So, I don’t know about that route, but I do think that he should be held accountable.” DeSantis is convinced Ukraine will eventually prevail in the war. (read more)
The DeSantis team has also hired the notorious dirtbag, Jeff Roe.
You might remember Roe as the former 2016 campaign manager for Ted Cruz who falsely told the people of Iowa on the night before the primary caucus that Dr. Ben Carson dropped out of the race. The Cruz Crew amplified this false message and duped Carson caucus supporters subsequently switched candidates on election day to support Ted Cruz. Jeff Roe created the lie, then tried to deny it.
(Via Politico) – […] Jeff Roe, who previously ran Sen. Ted Cruz’s 2016 presidential campaign, has signed on to be an adviser to the super PAC, Never Back Down, according to an operative with direct knowledge of the move.
Never Back Down is being spearheaded by executive director Chris Jankowski, another seasoned Republican operative. Ken Cuccinelli, a former top Homeland Security official to Donald Trump, is serving as chair of the super PAC. Over the last several weeks, Cuccinelli has visited four key early GOP primary states. (read more)
A DeSantis political group that would hire Jeff Roe highlights, yet again, how the DeSantis 2024 campaign is a mirror of Ted Cruz campaign in 2016.
Factually, almost all of the 2016 never-Trump Cruz Crew are now members of the 2024 never-Trump Desantis Crew. To assist this overall ‘never-Trump’ endeavor, in 2024 Vivek Ramaswamy is now playing the former role of Evan McMullin in 2016.
The professional political class of the GOPe, the DeceptiCons, are never as vicious against Democrats as they are against candidates who do not conform to the Republican UniParty orthodoxy. If you want to see the republicans fight dirty, just become a republican political candidate that does not comply with them… Then, and only then, will you see a side of the republican wing that doesn’t surface against democrats.
Threaten their GOPe Wall Street multinational corporate interests, ie. ‘their money‘, and the DeceptiCons get vicious.
If the professional republicans are NOT targeting a republican politician, you can be assured that republican politician is a member of the GOPe club operation.
Yes, it really is that simple, and Ron DeSantis is a member of that club.

Yes, those lefties would say anyone but Trump.
But if they can’t control a 40 yr old young man,.. DeSantis.. they either are in the seat of power or they take their ball home.. and make it rough for whomever made the mistake thinking we have free elections

I really think the Trump DeSantis feud is entirely planned and scripted. It has put them both in the media spotlight for weeks. The MSM especially has had this as a lead story for weeks!
The reconciliation will grab even more airtime. I will be followed by the Manhattan DA drama.
Trump! (DeSantis!) trump! trump! trump!
Trump is a master of manipulating the media!

Very true... They should work together, at least publicly...
However, they both pretty much know that the Soros & Bezos election-management machine will preclude any chance of the communists losing in 2024...
Probably, the 2024 elections have been over & determined for some time...
George Soros, in particular, has done his job...
Let’s face it...
Soros already has millions of pre-voted ballots already printed and ready to distribute across the U.S. where the communists need them after the polls close...
Soros will guarantee up to 25,000,000 of those "somehow-missed-mail-in votes" at 3 A.M. after the polls close and counting is suspended...
Those, combined with the 30-to-35 million MIVs who will be voting illegally, will guarantee the proper outcome for the communist ticket...
