A unique map of Ukrainian Strategic and Tactical Groupings of Ukrainian Forces is available on our site.
In cooperation with our contributor and Discord user Cossack, we are releasing a new interactive map. The map visualizes currently active Ukrainian Strategic and Tactical Groups.
Strategic or tactical group is a military formation of Ukrainian Army, which unites Ukrainian units deployed to a certain area under a common command. Strategic Grouping of Ukrainian Troops Khortezya, for example, is in charge of units located between Kurdyumivka and Kupyansk, and is led by Col. Gen. Oleksandr Syrskyi.
