What CBS is hearing: the appeals court has denied the Trump team's attempt to block Trump's lawyer from sharing his notes/testifying.
This means Trump's lawyer in the classified docs case is now expected to share notes, audio, etc., includ. material related to his client, Trump.

The same exact Judges will rule Biden is exempt as well as the Biden Administration.
They ruled for Obama for eight straight years.

Seems we have nothing but corrupt political judges left who delight in overriding such standards as attorney client privilege when it comes to Republicans, especially Trump and those who support him. It is judges and their political decisions that will be the cause of violence if it comes.

They are clearly saying Trump cannot have a Privilege, but they exist for other Presidents.
Laws and rulings tailored specifically to get a single individual have long been ruled unethical and unconstitutional

Huge news: Trump’s defense attorney Evan Corcoran is scheduled to testify Friday before the grand jury unless Trump’s side decides to appeal this latest order, I’m told, but they are unlikely to try to do so.
How dare he.

What crime?

Except for that argument to be made, there would have to be an actual crime committed.
