Cohen and Bragg have a major problem now. Bragg has to somehow attenuate Cohen's prior statement, or he has to consider indicting Cohen for lying to a grand jury. What a hoot! And, if Bragg has to testify before a Congressional hearing, BREAK OUT THE POPCORN!
I posted in a prior thread that maybe the name Mike Nifong might be familiar to Bragg. If not, he needs to research the matter.

My understanding is that Bragg has said he will NOT testify before Congress. Can congress force him?
How can Democrats refuse to testify? What about subpoena power?
