Yeah, the prosecution thought they had it done. Now they’re probably going to pass the indictment over to the Georgia court.

The problem is that there’s *no* downside for any prosecutor who charges DJT. It’s not as if they’d lose their job...be sued...go to jail. At least the first one would get a $20 million book deal.

I don’t know about that. I think there are DAs all over the country who would want to make their bones on Trumps hide, but which one of them would want to be first? If Bragg is crawfishin’ and bows out, nobody will take up his torch. None want to be first, but they’ll kill each other to be second.

Ironic that the timing of statements (leaks) between NY, Georgia and the special prosecutor is so purely coincidental, isn't it.

I suspect a blindside from Georgia is in the works.
