That is true but DeSantis made the right moves in real time. He didn’t turn his leadership over to the 5’2” nazi in a lab coat.

Easy to say now, but had Trump done so, he’d have been impeached in the House and likely convicted in the Senate so their man Pence could be the nominee.

I’m very interested to see how DeSantis performs on the national stage. It’s easy talking big as a governor in a solidly partisan state.

He would have lost to that freak Gillum in 2018 without Trump’s endorsement.
