DeSantis can’t officially declare until the Florida legislature passes a law that says the can run while still governor. Weasely - better than a bull in a china shop?
I don’t know. There is someone here, I can’t member who, who keeps posting that I’m wrong about the law. Hmmm..... I heard it from a lawyer on TV and read a statement from someone in the FLA legislature. Either way, he hasn’t declared and the law may or may not get passed.
