So say you. Robert Spencer says otherwise. Unlike you, he actually supports his position with facts and evidence. Precisely what about his evidence do you dispute?
It is not the evidence he presents,,,it is the evidence that he fails to present. What actions has he taken against Roman Catholics, Baptists, Evangelicals...from the article, apparently none.
Spencer is just offering his opinion, along with some "facts" that may or may not be true, and which don't support his conclusions.
Spencer does admit that the Russian Orthodox church has been closely linked to the KGB and other Russian intelligence operations. The denials of some monks, who may well be Russian agents or sympathizers is hardly credible evidence. Don't most Islamic terrorists deny they are doing anything but practicing their religion until they take action?
