London's Metropolitan Police is institutionally racist, sexist and homophobic and may have more officers like killer Wayne Couzens and serial rapist David Carrick, a damning report has found.
A review by Baroness Louise Casey, who spent a year investigating the Met Police in the wake of the murder of Sarah Everard by Couzens, said Britain's largest force needs a "complete overhaul" and may need to be broken up.
Among a series of recommendations to "fix" the Met, Baroness Casey said the unit that Carrick - who was unmasked as one of Britain's most prolific sex offenders - and Couzens both served in should be "effectively disbanded".
Her 363-page report found evidence of widespread bullying, racist attitudes and "deep-seated homophobia" in the force.
Asked if there could be more officers in the Met like Couzens and Carrick, Baroness Casey said: "I cannot sufficiently assure you that that is not the case."

What are the chances Khan meets same fate as Lightfoot and his party ditch him...
He’s a disaster
>> ‘institutionally racist, sexist and homophobic’
And the net effect of the digression? Reliably abject failure
The police are racist because most criminals can be defined by race. And sexist/homophobic because they know weak policemen (women and homosexuals) can’t defend society against such criminals.
His party won't ditch him until it has a better Muslim candidate.
Of course, if one thinks the whole justice system is 'institutionally racist' every part of it is also racist, even if the police force was 100% minority.
An organization that is goal driven is going to "bully" people into achieving that goal. "Cajoling" helps but it is usually ineffective. Bosses bully within the limits of their authority. A slacker is going to be bullied, a weak person is going to be bullied, anyone who stands in the way of getting to the goal is--and should be--bullied and marginalized.
As an aside, bullying has a positive aspect. It's how animals establish dominance. If the weakest animals lead a pack, the pack itself becomes weak. That's why the way to stop a bully is to fight back...not to run away.
If you aren't strong enough to fight back now, run away and start getting strong. Come back when you are strong enough to fight back.
The point of this Baroness is that the weak in the Metro Police shouldn't have to be part of this process. They should be catered to and pampered because that's what they demand.
This is what the Woke Movement is pushing. They want us to be led by the lowest common denominator, in terms of intelligence and physicality. The Woke (made up of snowflakes and queers) believe the weak should be in charge.
I knew I liked them.
As for "racist" I recall hearing that John Cleese,a trained lawyer and no "conservative",has stated that he can no longer see London as a British city. Britain's lax immigration policies have turned it into a Third World cesspool.
I heard a story about a woman honking her car horn at a black man. Someone reported it as a "hate incident." So the police paid her a visit, and filed a "hate incident" report.
The woman claimed she only honked at the black man because he was in the street and she wanted to warn him so he wouldn't be hit by her car.
I don't know if that was London police, or some other English city. But I doubt if had a black woman honked a horn at a white man in the street, the police would have filed a "hate incident" report.
A "hate incident" is a thing in today's Britain. That's an incident that doesn't rise to the level of a crime. Not a "hate crime" but a "hate incident."
You don't get punished for a "hate incident." But it's on your record. If you're later in trouble with the law, your past "hate incidents" will be considered in whether you might be guilty of a later crime, and what your punishment should be.

Of course they are. Any clear thinking, normal and moral human being would be.
Well that sounds very stylish.
“...Britain’s largest force needs a “complete overhaul” ...”
starting at the top - replace that lousy mayor!!!
Well I don’t know if there is that, but the police in England seem to be a little rapey
