To the DA and his ilk, the Deep State is what is going to save the world from evil SUV’s and raciss patriots, so hey, it’s justified.

I hate to say but when Trump had a GOP Congress he didn’t do a thing to end a single Federal Department or agency. He also renewed the Patriot Act and FISA.

Let’s see, there is
- Trump and Stormy
- BiteMe showering with his daughter
- Hunter having sex with his niece
Yeah, Trump is the villain.
As a Believer, I have always had a hard time accepting the theory of Evolution. However, I now believe that Democrats are descended from pond scum and are the product of the infinite negative mutations that had to have taken place. Since mutations create biological defects in a species it stands to reason that Democrats are dumber than pond scum. Which is why we need to drain the swamp.

First, the statute of limitation, on the misdemeanor NY state law violation is normally 2 years, however, courts have added a year to statutes of limitations due to COVID. The Federal law Trump is alleged to have violated is a 5 year statute of limitations felony, and with the additional year for COVID, is a 6 year statute of limitation restriction on the alleged Federal violation. Given that this purported criminal violation was in 2016, the statutes of limitations, both federal and state, have barred all prosecutions beyond 2022.
The next major problem, and it is a big problem is that a state prosecutor, such as Bragg is without jurisdiction to prosecute a case using federal law. This is a big deal. To make it simple this is why one state doesn't prosecute people from another state, using the laws from the state of the perpetrator's residence. To frame lack of jurisdiction, an analogy may help. Imagine if a state, which has abortion laws prohibiting abortions after 6 weeks, chose to arrest and prosecute people who have abortions in NY, for any violations of that particular abortion-restrictive state. To demonstrate how serious a lack of jurisdiction is to the legal system, it would be akin to NY State Police setting up radar traps in CT and handing out tickets to motorists they pull over in CT. Moreover, the usual absolute prosecutorial immunity that a prosecutor enjoys, is destroyed when he operates beyond his jurisdiction.
This prosecutor, and the State of NY, are seriously libel, for any damages and will trigger a successful, a large civil suit.
This lawsuit can be filed in FL, where Trump now lives, and this civil lawsuit is going to cost the State of NY a small fortune. The statute of limitations and lack of jurisdiction are first year law students topics, and cannot have been unknown to this prosecutor. This prosecutor most likely will have an ethics complaint lodged against him, and any arraignment by a NY court may pass the scrutiny of some political hack, masquerading as a NY State judge, but will never survive in appellate courts.

Seriously? Records matter. It was close to criminal for him to turn the entire country over to fauci.
He addressed America just a little over 3 weeks ago and told us.. can’t gather in groups of more than 10, unless you’re burning cities. He restricted our travel, unless you’re an unvetted Syrian. He gave us bumpstock bans.
Businesses and people got checks to stay home and closed.
Meanwhile big pharma cartel got billions.
To ensure the tyranny is permanent he gave us a bumpstock ban.
Who needs a deep state when your president enables every enemy of freedom.
President Pfizer made it clear who means more to him.
All we wanted was the freedom to choose.

My fear is that the NY and DC fascist will try to kill Trump sometime between the indictment and through the kangaroo trial. They will seek to separate Trump from the Secret Service protection including having the SS boss pull the protection. Remember the FBI/CIA killing of JFK ... they removed the bubble in Dallas on an unsecured parade route. The lapse of protection was for less than a hour but proved fatal. Remember Schumer’s threat against Trump ... the intelligence people have six ways to Sunday to get you. The Deep State fascists are going down the drain and will use any method when they are this desperate.
