Yep. I suspect the plan was to do it by surprise much like Roger Stone but Trump got in front of it and now they’re scrambling to come up with plan B.

I do think they’re having second thoughts as to who will be helped more with such a “photo op”.
Such a news headline you would expect out of the Philippines, El Salvador or Bolivia. It could never happen in “America”.
