What I wanna know is:
How do we have so many “Soros-funded” politicians?
Isn’t this BRIBERY? Which, if can be proven (easily), would land these creeps not only out of office but into prison? Soros as well…
I’m only guessing that George Soros s funding OUR entire government - the same way our government is funding Ukraine’s government.
> How do we have so many “Soros-funded” politicians? Isn’t this BRIBERY? <
It all depends on how it’s phrased. And Soros knows how to phrase things.
Illegal: Here’s a bribe. If you do as I say, you’ll get more next year.
Legal: Here’s a campaign contribution. If you do as I say, you’ll get more next year.
Same as it ever was. Unions do it. Corporations do it.
But I guess Soros stands out because he has spent bribe money in many different places. Oops! I didn’t mean bribe money. I meant campaign contributions.
“The abuse of buying and selling votes crept in and
money began to play an important part in determining
elections. Later on, this process of corruption spread to
the law courts. And then to the army, and finally the
Republic was subjected to the rule of emperors “
Plutarch
Nothing has changed.
No. Some far left activists figured out a weakness in our Republic.
Prosecutors are elected in a lot of places. The Supreme Court, in the middle 1970s, created absolute immunity from lawsuits for prosecutors.
Prosecutors are a position few voters were concerned with.
So... find far left candidates in the most leftist leaning districts. Spend from tens of thousands to a million or two in the Democrat primary to get your far left candidate on the ticket, where they then coast to victory in the main election.
Then, it turns out, in these leftist, dysfunctional electorial districts, there are plenty of criminals, criminal families, and distrust of police fanned by leftist media. These leftist prosecutors get re-elected, until the chaos they create gets so bad, even the Democrats toss them from office.
It happens slowly, under the radar at first. Then once enough people are in place, stopping it through legal means becomes very difficult.
