If there are rallies in DC, DC police have a lot of experience dealing with protests. If it is in NY, don’t know how well it will be handled. DC police try to act in ways that will avoid major lawsuits against the city. The street action with tear gas, etc. that occurred when efforts were made to hurry the, at that point, peaceful protesters away 1/2 hour before the curfew was scheduled were handled by park police and other non-DC Police actions. This the event when President Trump decided to stroll out of the White House, past the protesters, to a famous church.
Last time I protested someone came up to me and tried to hit me and the cops had to stop him. That was it for me.
Look what happened to the Proud Boys when they were rumbling with Clantifa.
I’m too old and female to deal with young ruffians. It didnt used to be like that. Last time for me was 2016.
Look for an uptick in sales of khaki slacks and dark blue polo shirts.
