As governor of the most important, most populous swing state, I would endorse the president who endorsed me, as I went to him and asked him to do, getting me in to this position.
If, when he asked me to endorse his next run for president, I told him, ‘no. Hang it on the wall, (my donors won’t let me) or whatever the lame Bill Barr type excuse, I’d expect him to publicly call me names. Especially if it’s Trump. If I don’t like it, I wouldn’t have gone to him in the first place
