Overthrowing a legitimate election is treason.

No, it isn’t. Treason is specifically defined by the Constitution as ‘making war against the United States and/or giving aid and comfort to its enemies.’

China and Ukraine assisted in the 2020 election theft. And warfare is much more than firewarms. 5th Generation Warfare involves much, much more.

The election was stolen to stop Trump from exposing corruption and to install the CCP and Ukraine controlled agent.

Stinks like treason to me.

The way war is conducted has very much changed, but unless and until Congress declares war on somebody, we currently have no ‘official’ enemies. We should, I think, be careful in trying to make ‘treason’ fit what we think it should be rather than what the Constitution says it is.

The left claims that January 6 was an insurrection on par with the Civil War. (I realize that none of the January 6 trespassers have been charged with insurrection, but you know the left would do it if they thought they could get away with it. They already want to disqualify President Trump from any elected office because of ‘insurrection’ even though he hasn’t been charged with it—yet—give them time.
