Just posted this on another thread:

"Which brings us to the statute of limitations. Andrew McCarthy, former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York explains that the statute for a felony crime of falsification is five years, while a misdemeanor expires after only two."

Which means 2016 + 5 years = 2021.

F*ck of Alvin.

The alleged crime took place 7 years ago. There is a five year statute of limitations even for a felony. Seven is more than five. But math is racist.

We may see how preposterous and partisan this is, and we have a couple of Democrat legal minds (Turley and Dershowitz) on our side, but most of the public will get its news from the mainstream media, who will no doubt saturate the air waves with explanations of why Trump deserves to be prosecuted and found guilty.

It may be the Democrats have already prepared a gaslighting "riot" by pretend Trump supporters like Charlottesville and January 6th.

They’re going ahead w/ this BS even though the statute of limitations has run its limit?

It’s worse than we thought... how dishonest and politics-worshiping the Ds are.

I know it may sound “medieval” but they appear to be utterly possessed by the devil
