This is a DA who refuses to prosecute real violent crime committed by career criminals because of a non-existent legal concept of “social justice”. However, he will bring a case based on the word of a disbarred lawyer and proven liar along with a young lady who herself contradicted her original accusation (and lost a civil case for same).

I think they floated this and leaked it to gauge reaction, but I doubt they go forward with it because it is so weak - even by their standards. It feels more like the standard diversion..... next distraction will be more leaks about the “classified documents” case with FBI. I don’t see anything else out there. The “tax records” were such a dud that even people like Joy Reid/Scarborough did not try to spin it.
This is social engineering. They are stirring up their base and Trump’s with fundraising on both sides.
Stupid people, primarily those who claimed to have voted for BeijingBiden, will think that this will prevent DJTrump from being next Pres. Not so. Const says only a conviction for insurrection can keep ANYONE from that office.
