Why????You should be flying the flag higher than ever now. The left is not America, they are the ones attacking it. They are the ones who burn the flag when something doesn’t go their way.
The US has become yet another failed state. The Founders were brilliant in their design of the government, as laid out in the Constitution. What they didn’t anticipate is that the Supreme Court’s assertion of power in Marbury v. Madison would culminate in decisions such as Wickard v. Filburn and Schechter v. US. These decisions were, effectively, a socialist coup. Even as the US has become affluent beyond the wildest dreams of early 20th Century Americans, our freedoms have been stripped away, our God-given political and economic rights replaced with an ever-shifting bundle of “personal freedoms”.
It would take a counterrevolution to restore legitimate government. The idea that an election could change the present course is ludicrous.
I have flown my family flag above my country flag since the mid-00s. I believe in the America in Exile, not the phony regime that uses USA as its name.
Why? Because this isn’t the country over 2 million soldiers fought and died for anymore. It ceased being so when Soetoro was elected. The idea exists, the country no longer does.
