So many people on here live to talk about how Pres Trump didn’t do this when he could have, didn’t do that when he could have, HIS CABINET PICKS SUCKED, etc etc……like he was supposed to wave a wand and all would be right.
I think he, mistakenly, thought that Republicans in Congress, who talked a great game on the campaign trail and in front of cameras, were truly committed to the welfare of the US like he was. He soon learned they were nothin but a group of backstabbing POSs.
Was Mattis a leader? NOPE. He was a global leftist that wanted to work for Clinton and obstructed the president.
Was Sessions a Conservative warrior? NOPE. He was an effin’ coward.
Was Tillerson worth a damn? NOPE. a few changes but otherwise obstructed.
Pres Trump, sadly, found out that McConnell and Schumer had some legit power. They were the ones that controlled confirmations and a while
