As President Biden weighs a re-election bid at age 80, his long-troubled son Hunter has all but guaranteed the commander-in-chief will be bringing plenty of baggage on the campaign trail.
Hunter Biden on Friday escalated his legal war with the former computer repair shop owner who came into possession of his now-infamous laptop, with a countersuit that claims his privacy was invaded — and which threatens to put all his sordid drug binging, sexcapades and shady foreign business deals right back into the spotlight.

Mac Isaac insists he became the legal owner of the laptop after Hunter dropped it off to be repaired in April 2019 — but failed to return to reclaim it despite attempts by Mac Isaac to contact him.
His own attorneys have said they have a receipt signed by Hunter that indicates any property not claimed after 90 days would be forfeited.
Hunter’s attorney, however, argued in the latest filing that Delaware law states that personal property can only be deemed abandoned after a year.

Meanwhile, the laptop also continues to yield information that shows his dad likely knew of Hunter’s overseas business dealings and influence-peddling – despite the president’s repeated denials.
Biden is allegedly the “big guy” referenced in a slew of emails contained on the laptop, which details a proposed 10% cut for the then-vice president out of a CEFC China Energy deal.

Sounds like Hunter’s attorney is relying upon Delaware law to make their case. Private parties can always agree to different terms and sounds like Hunter agreed to the repair shop’s terms. Those Delaware laws are there to govern situations where no terms were agreed by the parties.

So Hunter had until April of 2020 to claim his laptop. Seems he’s three years late. Even Delaware law would have to admit that.
Speaking of which, I don’t remember the final outcome of the diary of Biden’s daughter and why the FBI was searching for it and threatened news organizations that had it and turned it in to authorities?

the real purpose is to destroy the former computer repair shop owner as a message to anyone who dares to cross the Bidens and other corrupt democrats.
Same thing as the Jan 6 persecutions.
IF SO-—Then Delaware has CONFLICTING laws.
IF a repair shop has to hold items for a year-—that is a burden of storage and insurance.
