Apparently “Landmark Ruling” now means “Ignoring all Constitutional protections” in the eyes of ABC.
HOW ABOUT THE CURRENT PRESENT?
Right! It’a special protected democRAT with special privileges.
Dangerous precedents being set.
They can and likely will appeal it all the way up.
And in a Grand Jury hearing as well.
They do this to serve their Democrat masters.
But now that they knowingly betray the law, their Democrat masters will blackmail them to ignore even bigger laws.

Which is exactly what is happening here.
It’s a historic rebellion against the Law of the United States.
He needs to just refuse. The bullcrap has to stop somewhere. The supremes will have to get involved.
There has to be a way to remove judges who make asinine rulings. If a judge’s rulings get overturned more than once, they should be disqualified from being on the bench.
