I bet the Dutch have CLEAN and FAIR elections with no Mail-in ballots or voter harvesting.Probably so. But the other thing I've noticed is that Europe's parliamentary system of government makes it easier for alternative parties to exist. Our sclerotic supposed "two party" system makes it very difficult for other parties to even get on the ballot.
