Exactly. That's the problem with this. Looks like a bunch of thin gruel, and re-statement of what's already been enacted as law, with some garbage language directing the cabinet to "campaign" on existing Democrat talking points on the taxpayer's dime.
But the way it's worded it could direct the federal LE agencies to do just about anything. As if there's anything really stopping them anyway.
