Very much worth looking up "Gorgon Stare." I'm sure what was on this downed Reaper is generations beyond what is open source.
The immense amount of super-high-resolution ground observation data captured by it can't be transmitted in real time to a satellite, I'm pretty sure. This means its solid state hard drives have to be downloaded after the mission back at base. It also means the Russians have a good chance of recovering it all intact.
