Oh, I keep dill relish on hand for tartar sauce. Well, both dill and sweet relish. (Mix with mayonnaise and chopped capers for great homemade tartar sauce, and a little bit of finely chopped onion. ) Thx for the recipe!

A little pinch of salt and pepper won’t hurt either

I’ll sometimes throw in a bit of dried chopped chives / parsley flakes

You can also mellow it a little bit with a tablespoon or two of Ranch dressing

Kitchen sink is optional 😬😬😛😛😛
