The Hill is trying to pretend the news wasn't a bombshell which rocked Washington and had panicked Senators, within hours, successfully pressure Fox to stop reporting the information.
They're trying to create a false narrative of reality which other media outlets will probably start to echo. Obviously The Hill is a dishonest media outlet.
