Trump’s call for Governors to take unilateral action is misguided. State Legislatures have the issue in their hands has been my point since 2020.

Until Mark Elias comes in and sues, and wins, like he did in Georgia this last election cycle.
Until the North Carolina Supreme Court nullified changes made by the NC legislature, which is why the case is in the Supreme Court
Or how about Elias traveling all over the country suing over election laws and winning.
