Red Cross is always up to no good. Years ago I remember them handing out $400 cash to anyone who claimed to lose their home in floods in FL. You could’ve been on the 16th floor of project housing. Safe and snug and get your $400.

Yep, this is why I refuse to give to anything national now for charity.

United Way, red Cross, you name it they all channel funds to destroy society.

Charity giving is only safe now when provided locally and as close to the source as possible. Such as a local church , food bank, specific cause you have personally vetted.

They were in our area looking for folks who lost their homes due to flooding after one of the “Super Storms” (can’t remember which name now, it was the one that hit the upper east coast). A woman stopped into a resteraunt I was in and was asking around about whether anyone knew of folks who had suffered loss during g the storm.

I thought “hey that’s pretty neat” not realizing how many were taking advantage Tage of it when their houses were far from ruined.

Just one more reason to not support Red Cross.
For me. It was their total failure with 9/11 funds and fund raising.

They were not honest in their dealings.
