Our friend Julie Kelly gave us a heads-up there was massive drama in the Proud Boys January 6 trial yesterday after an FBI agent was caught lying on the stand and concealing evidence from defense attorneys.
It turns out that Special Agent Nicole Miller (or someone) deleted thousands of messages in FBIs "Lync" messaging system--messages relevant to investigation and required to be produced to defense counsel.
This brazen lawlessness at FBI in its biggest January 6 case, observed Ms. Kelly, because it appears Special Agent Miller’s “Boss” instructed the FBI agent to "destroy" hundreds of items of evidence.
If this is a slam-dunk case of "seditious conspiracy," why is FBI destroying, hiding evidence, asked Ms. Kelly.
Even more egregiously, observed Ms. Kelly, FBI accessed emails between one defendant and his attorney and discussed its contents. This agent apparently knew one defendant planned to go to trial.
The judge excused the jury as soon as this info was revealed in court.
Joseph McBride, an attorney who is representing many of the J6 Gulag defendants who are being denied constitutional rights by the Biden FBI and Department of Justice, tweeted, “Everything we said the Feds were doing they did, in fact, do it, and are still up to no good.”

“It is egregious the way these people have been treated, for as much as two years pretrial, before any finding of fact. The Proud Boys trial in Washington, DC was delayed this morning due to revelations of the FBI’s mishandling of information, specifically a spreadsheet of so-called Jenks disclosures.
It appears that the FBI was talking about fabricating evidence against Proud Boys, this was revealed because the government accidentally sent discovery containing a spreadsheet with hidden tabs in which these FBI communications and this “mishandling of data” was discovered by plaintiff’s lawyers.
Attorneys for Ethan Nordean a defendant in the Proud Boys J6 trial, found hidden tabs in FBI discovery that show FBI emails that reveal FBI agents talking among themselves about altering and fabricating evidence against the Proud Boys.
A motion to dismiss has been filed this morning by the lawyers for Dominic Pezzola in the Proud Boys J6 trial on grounds of the government withholding exculpatory evidence.
Albert Watkins, the attorney representing Jacob Chansley says the Department of Justice withheld the videos that were recently released by Tucker Carlson. “We did not receive that video footage. We asked for it, and not just once or twice. Whether we asked for it or not is irrelevant because the government had an absolute, non-compromisible duty to disclose that video and they did not do so.”
“And all the while, they were actively representing to the court and the American people that Jake was a leader, leading the charge into the Capitol. They did not disclose that footage because it ran contrary to their rote narrative,” attorney Watkins told trendiingpoliticsnews.com.
The Justice Department is now claiming the FBI was entitled to withhold the information because it is “classified.”
As Julie Kelly tweeted, “This is what happens when a rogue, corrupt FBI is allowed to lie to the public, withhold information, and operate without oversight by Congress.”

The Justice Department claims they withheld it because it is “classified”? So any corruption by the DOJ can just be brushed away with “it’s classified” or “we can’t comment on that since there is an ongoing investigation”. Seems that’s their “get out of jail free card” they can use unlimited amount of times. Hannity will be saying his nauseating repetitive response of “99% of the rank and file FBI agents are good patriotic Americans”. At this point he’s running cover for them.

Let’s say Hillary Clinton won in 2016, reelected in 2020, we would have no idea about just how far the rot has spread. It took the election of an outsider like Trump to expose the rot, including the rot in the DoJ/FBI, CIA, etc., as well as the rot within the republican party.
I watched an old clint eastwood movie and they had the gallows with 4-5 ropes and I really thought that was a huge deterrent. Bring them back. El Salvadors new 40k inmate capacity jail and strong anti criminal crackdown is making a difference. Complete opposite of this country under this leftist regime.
And even with all this information that we all now know NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING has been done to anyone regarding this corruption. Where’s that investigation the bearded wonder has been doing, going 2+ years now? And then the coup de grace was supposed to be the Huber investigation…. Yeah a law attorney from Connecticut…. But many refuse to acknowledge the rot but instead blame Trump for being incompetent. Like, as if he could over come deep state and it’s many traitors that worked 24/7 against him.
I think most of the population think of Government as the scary, big green head in the Wizard of Oz when it’s actually the little old man behind the curtain. Everyone should just stop paying taxes. They can’t arrest everyone. Starve the government and then you’ll see who’s really afraid.
