I don’t know the details of what happened but it looks like Person A was threatening to come after Person B “legally”.
Person B paid Person A an agreed amount to “settle” the matter rather than pay mega bucks to defend himself to say nothing of his “time”.
This is done every day in America. It’s called “nuisance value”. I’ve done it myself several times. Just another desperate ploy to keep Trump out of the White House.
This is what America has become. Soros financed AG’s in Deep Blue states use taxpayer funds to harass political opponents.
This is now out of control.
“He” didn’t write it.
After all the years of politicians paying off their mistresses and “one-night” stands, the left suddenly decided that such an outrage cannot go unpunished. It’s called the “Trump” exception to policy, laws, regulations, and morality. Let’s see the pay-outs made through out the past couple of decades from the Congressional “hush-money” fund.
Guess the prosecutors don’t remember what happened to her last lawyer.
There’s no law against settling out of court. 😆
