Could be gangsters, could be terrorists, could be man upset that his girlfriend dumped him or he lost his job, could be crazy person, could be youts. Or it could be Macky Messer and the Uke Nordstream Yacht Club joining forces.
I’d like to know if Putin can account for his whereabouts when this was going down. I have heard there are reports that he parachuted in and did the deed. We better borrow a few more billion to give vinyl pants to protect Europe from further attacks.
